TRUIST Home equity line of credit (HELOC) Application

Maddie wrote, strategized, and edited content for Truist’s Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) application. This design projected had extensive limitations due to legal and risk concerns and heavy oversight. The current application is a reskin of the previous HELOC application on Suntrust.com, overlaying the existing code with the Truist branding color palate and design system elements. Maddie had limited liberty to change content, and pushed to have the headlines sound more human and friendly, and with CTAs and interaction patterns to feel consistent with the rest of the enterprise’s digital experiences.
